Applicant Requirements:
EZChinese® Programs are open to all persons worldwide provided they are:
18 to 60 years old
Have completed high school (with exception: in a group with a supervisor)
In good health
· Step 1
Carefully read our program information before applying. For program details, please click here
· Step 2
Fax the materials mentioned below to our Beijing Office before the application deadline of programs (6 weeks before starting date), we highly recommended participants to apply as early as possible under the rule of first come first serve.

2) Certificate or Diploma of previous education
3) Copy of your passport (personal details and photo page)
4) Copy of Application Fee ($200) payment (bank receipt of Telegraph Transfer)-(Non-refundable)
Tips : You can make full payment (program fee- total discount + application fee $200) with your application and receive a $50 discount towards your program fee. Payment should be made by telegraph transfer. |

· Step 3
Send by air registered or express mail the above materials and Passport size colored photos (except for red background) – 6 photos to our Beijing Office. Then inform us by email.

Step 2 and Step 3 should be made at the same time.
· Step 4
After we have received the required application materials, our Beijing Office will send by e-mail an Acceptance Notice and Enrollment Form to you within 3 days, and confirm that you have a reserved placement in the program.
· Step 5
Successfully Applied
After completing the Enrollment Form and paying the program fees by T/T(telegraph transfer), Fax or Mail the Enrollment Form and bank receipt for paid program fees to our Beijing Office. Then the Admission Notice and JW202 Form for visa processing will be mailed to you directly.
· Step 6
Successfully Enrolled
Contact local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the Visa Application Form and relative information.

· Step 7
The following documents are needed by the Embassy or Consulate:
1) Visa Application Form (completed)
2) Your valid passport (it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and for the duration of the program)
3) A copy of the Admission Notice
4) A copy of the JW202 Visa Form (provided by China View)
5) Relevant visa application fee
6) 2 Passport size photos
Note: Studying less than a year in China requires an F visa.
We highly recommend participants to apply as early as possible taking into account the time needed for making reservation, sending visa documents and visa processing. In most countries visa processing takes approximately 2 weeks.
· Step 8
Please inform our Beijing Office by fax or e-mail at least 6 days prior to your arrival for the arrangement of your airport pickup, accommodation registration and orientation.

Bring the following documents to the Embassy or Consulate to apply for F-Visa:
1) Visa Application Form (completed)
2) Your valid passport (it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and for the duration of the program)
3) A copy of “Letter of Invitation” (provided by us).
4) Copy of the JW202 Visa Form (provided by us).
5) Relevant visa application fee
6) 2 Passport size photos
